Meet the Roasted Strawberry Cardamom Buns.

TWO whole pounds (!!) of strawberries are roasted, bringing out an intensification of their flavor, and then perfumed with rose water before they go into the filling with freeze dried strawberries and cardamom, and are rolled in pillowy soft sweet dough. Once baked, they are then topped with more free dried strawberries and a rose strawberry glaze.

The end result is an absolute flavor bomb of bright deliciousness in your mouth! Like the Pistachio Buns, these come at a price because of the amount of strawberries within, but you won’t be disappointed when the glorious flavors of Spring and early summer burst forth in your mouth!!

These are a late Spring, early Summer seasonal offering since the berries need to be at their peak of flavor. But as strawberry season approaches in NH, you can preorder for when I hand pick berries at the peak of ripeness in June!
