A fan favorite come March around St. Patrick’s Day, and definitely for the over 21 crowd, this delicious poundcake is ready any time you're craving a dense, moist poundcake that has a double Irish Cream punch - it's baked with Irish Cream and bathed in an Irish Cream glaze!

I love the term Boozy Bakes, so if you ask for 8-10 injectors of Irish Cream to accompany this cake, I’m thrilled to make this request reality. What’s an injector, you ask? It’s a quick shot of booze in a small vile that’s stuck into the cake, allowing you to take a shot in your mouth with each slice of cake!
