There are literally thousands of Carrot Cake recipes in the world. I think I tried 500 of them until I started making this one, and everyone came back saying it was the best they’d ever eaten. I’m not exaggerating.

So I stopped looking and this is my signature recipe - super secret Southern thang. Deliciously moist Classic Carrot Cake, with a few twists, topped with a fluffy cream frosting, and the sides are swathed in toasted pecans - and please say it puh-khan. Please.

With a few twists? Everything I do has a few twists in it. It’s my signature style.
