Blueberry Lime Jam **

Our own blueberries combine with lime in this brightly flavored Blueberry Lime Jam.

Perhaps like you, I didn’t know blueberries and lime were such good friends until I made this jam, and it’s surprisingly yummy! The lime brightens the flavor of the blueberries, and creates this beautiful sweet-tart (very mildly tart) jam that will enhance whatever it’s used with.

This is a soft-set jam, meaning it has an almost pourable consistency, and spreads incredibly easy.

Is it so, so good on a PB&J...hell, YEAH!

But it’d delightful on pork and might even be tasty on chicken! How about crackers and a soft or hard cheese? And of course any type of toast/bread all. day. long! How about you spoon it over pound cake or an angel food cake?
