Berries and cream is one of the simplest and most delicious summer desserts I can think of, so making it into a cookie for the summer seems like a no brainer.
Especially when you can then take 2 of these whooper cookies and sandwich your fav berry ice cream in the middle for one killer ice cream sandwich!
These are what I’d call a “mild” NYC Style Cookie - mild meaning they are only 2.75-3oz each and not 4-6oz cookies. We’re talking mild difference… these lovelies are still a chunk of cookie change!
Freeze dried strawberries or raspberries - your choice - create a bright pop of berry flavor, and premium white chocolate chips and golden sandwich cookies (you know the famous brand to which I refer) create a smooth creaminess to make a delightfully fun cookie that can be enjoyed year round!
