If you grew up in New England, this might flavor combo likely was in your lunchbox on regualr rotation. If you’re like me who grew up down South, you didn’t know what a Fluffernutter was until you moved to the place where this was a regional treat.
The Fluffernutter is to New England what the Moon Pie is to the South.
IYKYK and if not, then let me introduce you to the joy of a cookie STUFFED with flavors that just work together: peanut butter, peanut butter chips, peanut butter cookies, Belgian white chocolate chips, marshmallow Fluff, and marshmallows… all wrapped around a standard sized marshmallow. And if that’s not enough, then top it with more Belgian white chocolate and marshmallow Fluff, and the crown the whole thing with part of a peanut butter cookie!
Sounds like an awful lot, but it works so harmoniously together. And while all cookies are sweet, this one manages not to be overly sweet!
