When life gives me lemons, occasionally, I make lemonade, but I’m more apt to make cakes, cookies, marmalades, and all things deliciously tart and sweet.
Behold the lovely Lucious Lemon Cookie. Buttery, ridiculously tangy with tart lemon, and sparkly! They’re slightly crisp on the edges and slightly softer everywhere else. These lemon cookies will brighten the darkest of winter days or liven up the longest of summer ones!
