These Pecan Rugelach cookies are kinda like a brand of chips when they say, “Betcha can’t eat just one.”

These melt in your mouth Pecan Rugelach are perfect bite-sized deliciousness to try to keep in your cookie jar; they will also add panache to any dessert table, or simply everyday coffee or tea.

The traditional form for Hanukkah is done with walnuts, but this Southern girl prefers the flavor of Southern puh-khans far better. And these will get made year-round in this house!

There is zero exaggeration when I say I can easily eat the entire large batch!!! While I know this makes a large amount, these cookies aren’t very large - they’re petite, actually; you’ll have popped about 6 in your mouth before you realize what’s happening. I say this from experience. You will, too, once you have them.
