Peanut Butter and Jelly might be one of the most underrated comfort foods. If you’ve never grilled one like a grilled cheese sandwich for a midnight snack, then you are missing out. Although I have a peanut & almond allergy in my home, my daughter still can enjoy sunbutter or cashew butter and jelly sandwiches because she’s fully on board with the concept of enjoying this comfort food however she can.

Made with Queen Bee’s own Concord Grape Jelly and our own honey, these soft peanut butter cookies are stuffed with homemade Concord Grape Jelly, and then given a slight crunch when turbinado sugar is sprinkled on top.

If you’re looking for the perfect nostalgic delight, this beauty is your dream come true in cookie form. Yes, 15 cookies are $36 (that is about $2.50 a cookie - totally what you’d pay at a nice bakery for a gourmet cookie), but each cookie takes about one full minute to assemble... these are a childhood labor of love to make :)

These will freeze, so if you want to indulge, just take them out one at a time and let them thaw to room temp before allowing your eyes to roll in the back of your head in childhood bliss. But who am I to judge your need to have 2 or 3 at a time??
